After the snowstorms of late winter this year, many of us are thrilled that spring is finally here. Tulips and daffodils are almost in bloom, and our minds are turning to spring projects and summer plans.
In fact, in the words of Leo Tolstoy, “Spring is the time of plans and projects.”
We are working on many plans and projects ourselves, including plans for our very own Freethought Festival on Saturday, July 25, 2015, at Coonskin Park (Shelter #1) in Charleston, West Virginia. We welcome everyone’s help, interest, and attendance at the event. More details to come!
You can help us plan by coming to our next community meeting, which is scheduled for next Saturday, April 4, 2015, at 1pm at the Charleston Main Library (123 Capitol St., Charleston, WV 25301) in the Ray Room (3rd floor). We need you!
